Hire Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation

Upon acceptance of your order by Outdoor Parties, your reservation will be confirmed as a “Booking.” To secure your Booking, full payment must be made prior to or upon the delivery/collection of the hired games.

 

  1. Duration of Game Hire

The minimum hire period for game rentals is three (3) hours. However, games can be hired out for the whole weekend for an additional fee, but they must be returned by the next business day before 10am to avoid any late fees. 

 

  1. Pick-up and Return Location

Games are to be collected and returned to the Outdoor Parties’ Premises at a date and time prearranged during the booking process.

 

  1. Security Bond

A security bond payment of $80 is required before the event.

 

  1. Security Bond Refund Conditions

The security bond will be refunded within 2 business days after the games have been returned and inspected by Outdoor Parties, provided they meet the following conditions:

 

  1. In the event of rain, games must be brought undercover or indoors to prevent damage. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of all or part of your bond.
  2. Games must be returned in the same condition as when delivered/picked-up.
  3. No sign of misuse causing breakage or damage.
  4. All game pieces and parts must be returned.
  5. Games should be neatly packed in the bag or box provided at delivery/pickup.
  6. Games must be returned in a clean and dry condition; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond.
  7. Games must be returned by the pre-arranged day and time.

 

  1. Bond Deductions

If any of the conditions outlined in No. 5 are not met, Outdoor Parties reserves the right to retain all or part of the bond to cover costs, including game replacements, repairs, missing parts, packaging, cleaning, late return fees, or other associated costs.

 

  1. Responsible Use of Games

Games must be used in accordance with the provided rules and guidelines.

 

  1. Liability

Outdoor Parties bears no responsibility for injuries or losses incurred during the game hire period. The responsibility for the games and any incidents arising after leaving Outdoor Parties’ Premises rests entirely with the hirer.
